True Tai Chi is Taoist principle (道家) in practice. It develops inner strength and harmony through relaxation and co-ordination of body, freedom as well as concentration of mind. It follows nature’s way.
While practice properly, it is a deadly fighting art, but ultimately it is designed to achieve inner peace thus longevity of practitioners’ life. This is illustrated in the original text: “以上是三丰祖师所著，欲天下豪杰延年益寿，不图作技艺之末也。”
